White space plus one

Good morning, I'm quickly popping these two cards that I finished up this morning onto my blog, then off to catch up on the house work while my littlest girl is snoozing, and my biggest one is out riding her bike :)
I've got a burgandy coloured card for the white space challenge day 286 over at 365 Cards.
And another card with the sweet 'soaking up the joy' image from Mo's digital pencil. There is a link in my sidebar if you want to check out all the amazing images she has! I've followed the lovely sketch from Karen over at The Sweetest Thing, She has a great new sketch every Sunday, and I'm late with this one lol but thought I wold pop it up to show you anyway :)
Now I'm off to check if there is anyone else who has put thier name down for my candy, I've got lots of goodies here to add to it!
Thanks for stopping by, Happy blogging xx

Stampin Sunday

Hello Bloggers!
This card is for the Stampin Saturday Challenge for Day 287 over at 365 Cards, and I made it today which is sunday.
My card uses all stampin' up products (not intentional) Sahara Sand Cardstock, So Swirly Stamp roller, Basic Brown classic Stamp pad and sentiments and flowers come from the Baroque Motifs set. I even punched the flowers with a 3/4 inch punch I ordered from Kim, my stampin' up friend :) when I bought some templates to make gift boxes (which I will do... soon)
This is another card I made straight after because the first card gave me the idea for it.
Would love to hear which one you like better, John likes the first one, I like the one with the Kaisercraft flowers and bling brads. Please excuse my crooked stamping too!
Thanks for stopping by xx

Wishing you joy this Christmas

Good afternoon, I've got a card to share for the Sketch Challenge for Day 284 DIY Sketches over at 365 Cards, combining it with the challenge over at Die Cut Dreams- green cream and beige and also entering it at Creative Card Crew for the gold and silver challenge (the cream paper is embossed with gold dots, cant see it very well in photo). It wont load up my sketch, not the right sort of file or something so I will draw it and take a photo? and pop it on later.
This happy image 'soaking up the joy' comes from Mo's digital pencil, coloured with Aimee's textas and see that little ticket? 'Wishing you Joy this Christmas'... Well I picked it up for FREE! over at the blog of the very talented Bizzy Bec :) She has also opened a new Digi download store so if you love digi, do pop over and see her, I can guarentee you wont be disappointed!
Well thats it for me today, John fixed the leaky pipe on the water tank after he got home from work this morning, and now he is out doing lawns so I should probably go and get something out for dinner, and maybe even fold some washing. I'd much rather be crafting tho ;)
Happy Blogging xxx

A week of cards!

Good morning! I am super excited to show you all the cards for this whole week for the challenges over at 365 Cards Challenge Blog where the sponsor this week has been KLM Digital Designs.
Day 275 - red and green. Um so this is my second entry to this challenge. This pudding came to me from the lovely Lisa in a fab RAK she sent me.
Day 276 - You're an Angel. This little lovely comes from All that Scraps online store and her name is Celeste. I coloured her with Aimee's crayola markers hehe.
Day 277 - Just a fraction. I've used 2 stamps from stampin' up 'for the bride' collection. Also entering this one at Cute Card Thursday in the swirly girly theme.
Day 278 - cant miss it. This card took me ages and is the reason I"m posting so late, I just couldn't make up my mind what to do as I have no suitable images or stamps for this. So I chose this one from Mo's Digital pencil and this couple are named Jack and Ginger.
Day 279 - Wordy background. I found this paper in my stash... it could be called 'Carols' from Rebekka Erickson. Tried not to cover it up too much :)
Day 280 - kind of like a candy cane. red striped paper. I didn't think I had any, but when hunting thru my cupboard for the spotty red and white paper I knew I had I found this! so even tho Gloria and Rose said the spotty paper would be ok, I've teamed my striped paper up with another image from Mo's Digital Pencil this little sweatheart is called 'soaking up the joy' and once again, coloured her with Aimee's markers. I'm also entering it at Sketch Saturday as I followed the fab sketch over there!
AAAnd Day 281 which is the sketch from 365 extra... if you applied for a spot on the DT you will know what I'm talking about, but if not check it out here. Pam has already seen my take on this sketch ;) but I'll post it here for you all to see.
And would you believe I even used Pam's Sunday sketch last week! but thats in an older post. over 7days of cards in a row! Yay me :)
Well thats it from me today lol I'm off to make some mini sausage rolls, and see what I have in the cupboard as I need to bake a sweet to take to the kindergarten BBQ tomorrow evening. I'm thinking something easy like choc ripple cake with strawberries... mmm yum!
Thanks for stopping by, hope you all have a great start to the week! Take care xx

Just a few more...

Good morning, I've got 3 cards to share today and I'll start with this one following the fab sketch #43 over at CardPatterns, I've rotated the sketch and had a great time decorating the tree. Hopefully we get one up in our loungeroom this weekend so I can pull out the tub of baubles and tinsels! I'm also entering it for Day 275 at 365 Cards for the green and red challenge!
Next up I've got a card for Crafty Creations - week 44 - lace and distressing, and I've teamed it up with an older sketch from Sketches {by Tamara} who has a DT call on atm so follow the link to find out more if you're interested! but be quick it ends today!! My last card is made following another older sketch from card patterns Sketch # 32 and you can see all their older sketches here, and I'm combining it with Day 273 at 365 Cards Pretty pattern - Damask. I found this paper in an old stack at the bottom of my cupboard, along with a few other pretties I'll be using up soon! so pulling it out was a great idea, Thanks Pam :) Thanks for stopping by and I do hope you all have a fabulous weekend whatever you are doing, and just a note that I will postpone my blog candy until next week as I ran out of time shopping yesterday, Aimee was just testing my patience, so I decided it was time to go home. Ever have days like that? xx

My first Magnolia

Good evening all! I've just been out to catch the last little bit of sunlight to take a photo of my card. This is the first time I've used a magnolia image, and sorry I dont know what she is called, she came to me in a fabulous RAK from the lovely Jacqui. I coloured her with my derwents, I was planning on getting some copics a few months ago but if you're a reader of my blog you will know I hardly use images like this on my cards. So I'm holding off until... I dont know when.
I followed the sketch over at All That Scraps Wednesday Weekly Challenge Blog... not my idea of an easy sketch, I found it hard to place all the layers so they sat right. I think I still missed a layer. The DT have some lovely work pop over and check it out if you have time!
I combinded it with the christmas theme over at Magnolia Down Under Challanges #27 which it's my first time entering any challenges there :)
aaaand there are 2 days over at 365 Cards this can work for, colour me with this (pencils) Day 266 and to use your own Handwritting... sorry cant find the day for that one! I thought it was recent but I cant see it hehe
Thanks for stopping by and I'd love any comments or suggestions on improvement for this card as I haven't really made anything like it before. Happy Blogging xx

I just noticed I have had over 5000 visits to my blog! Thank you to you all for stopping by... and especially those of you who leave comments, it really brightens my day :)
To show my appreciation I'll pop back tomorrow evening with some candy... so watch this space!
